Are the summer programs in person or on Zoom?

In this most unusual of years, assuming we stay in at least the orange tier and then hopefully reopen in June as planned, six children at a time will be allowed to dance socially distanced and masked in the studio.  If more than six children enroll in any one camp, groups which alternate between zoom and in person will be created.  Dancers who are out of town may participate in weekly technique classes via zoom if they so desire. If things improve we will adjust accordingly!  Instructors will be fully vaccinated, and air purifier will be in use, and student health protocols including temperature checks will be in place.  Please reach out with further questions or concerns.

Nutcracker Camps

Our Nutcracker camps are an exciting opportunity to work daily on technique, and to learn and refine Nutcracker repertoire for our December 2021 performance.

As fall rehearsal time is extremely limited, camp attendance is required to participate in Nutcracker.  Since we have missed a year of Nutcracker performances due to the pandemic a cast A and B will be created to maximize opportunities for leading roles.

Roles will be learned in the summertime and cast following an audition in September 2021.  The youngest Nutcracker participants, our Level 1 Gingerbread, learn and rehearse their dance during class time in the fall.
